Laid out over a four week period, this course provides a plan to work through but can be self paced to suit your schedule.

In the course you have the opportunity to learn about ten different meditation techniques and explore which ones are a good fit. With your guided meditation audio tracks, you can practise meditating with the support of a qualified teacher who is guiding you through each step. All you have to do is follow along.
Each technique acts as an individual skill that you can learn and implement, in a tangible and accessible way. You’ll also receive information and suggestions on how to meditate using each technique without the guided track.
By building up your meditation skills, you are supported to learn the expertise of meditating on your own. Learning to self guide meditation is where you can start to truly integrate meditation into your daily life.

Meet Your Course Teacher

Hi I’m Natalie, a qualified Life Coach and Meditation Teacher. I have completed a certificate in life coaching and a diploma in guiding and teaching meditation and mindfulness. I am a full registered member of the Meditation Association of Australia, which is the national peak body in Australia representing meditation and meditation teachers. I’ve worked with people online in 1:1 private life coaching and meditation sessions, plus run in-person group meditation classes.
In addition to maintaining my own dedicated meditation practice for many years, I have harnessed all my knowledge and expertise to create this online beginners meditation course. Over the years of my career, I have also honed my skills and philosophy to create a way of coaching and teaching that is steeped in care, support, and encouragement for the wonderful people I get to work with.
Now in my early thirties, I have been living with chronic health conditions for over seventeen years. Balancing my daily life, personal goals, study and work has come with challenges, as my invisible symptoms are often unpredictable. I therefore need to allow for pacing, resting, and carefully managing my energy levels. With this in mind, I wanted to create a course that’s flexible and able to be tailored to other people's individual circumstances.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing board games with friends and family, and expressing my creative side through painting, cooking and gardening. I’m passionate about meditation and it would be an honour to be the one who teaches you how to meditate. I’m excited to welcome you into the course!
